Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping applies to all orders over 50 units shipped to a single contiguous United States address. Free shipping is done via ground service.

Shipping Damage
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 305-251-4200 or by email.

Address Corrections
When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us a $5 address correction fee on each box shipped to that incorrect address. In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge your credit card the amount of the address correction.

Expedited Shipping
Please contact us if you want to expedite the shipping of your order for an additional charge. This will not affect the time required for us to personalize your order. Our normal production schedule will run 2 business days, sometimes less. Sometimes, particularly during the 2 week period prior to the Christmas Holiday, it will take a few days extra to personalize your order.

Our normal carrier is UPS and the normal service used is UPS Ground. The time in transit ranges from 1-5 business days depending on the proximity of the addressee from the shipping location.
